Waypoint Machine Works is owned and operated by a mechanical and manufacturing engineer with roughly a decade of experience across aerospace, automotive, plastics, consumer electronics, and food and beverage industries.
Every product sold under the Waypoint name is designed, programmed, machined, finished, and shipped by the same person. There is no design team, no outsourced production, and no dropshipping operation. This is a real person making real things in a real shop.
That direct line from engineer to finished product is the point. It means faster iteration, tighter quality control, and the ability to stand behind every piece that leaves the building.
The Building
A purpose-built metal building in Sanger, Texas — Denton County, about 50 miles north of Dallas. Set up for CNC machining, fabrication, and fulfillment. Everything from raw bar stock to finished, packaged product happens under one roof.

How We Work
Quality over quantity. Every product is designed in-house and manufactured on-site. There are no vendor lead times to wait on, no overseas tooling to manage, and no middlemen between the engineer and the machine.
